No what he's saying is that Algeri got demolished by those guys while he was still fresh in his 20s. If prime Paq or a young up and coming Spence would have fought a battered and bruised 37 yr old Algeri they would have killed him in one round!

The product does match the advertisement. If you read the article, you'll see he's saying that he's still improving, that he's trying to reach his full potential. No one has said he's the finished article. He's a young fighter making progress and has more popularity than certain sections of the boxing public can handle. And therefore their down on him and want to see him lose. He's rent free in so many heads.

Actually it was said one or two more fights before being ready for the level of Avanesyan. And it wasn't said that after that, they would go for it. Only that they'd be in a position to consider it. Obviously it's been considered and they don't want to go that way. What is hard for people to understand about that and why can't people accept it. You mention Ennis and Ortiz. If Avanesyan is so special why are they not being pressured into fighting him? Where is the same energy there? And it was said before the Algieri fight. So by my count that's one fight since it was said, not 2 or 3.
