If you're world level fight someone in the Top 10. So far he's fought zero.

Not a lot to ask for a "World level" fighter.
He's also said he wants to fufill his potential. Yes he thinks he can handle the big fights, but he has also said his team are guiding him and that he trusts them. The top 10 fights will come in good time when he's ready for them for sure.

All his fights are criticized. Avanesyan is not the be all and end all of the ww division. If he is then why are the other top prospects not after him, and why are they not being criticized for not being after him? You say everyone. Don't you mean everyone that wants to see Benn lose? There's plenty fighters out there. If he lands the Hooker fight, that's bigger than Avanesyan. Will he get credit for that? No, of course he won't. Avanesyan is reportedly about to fight the pride of Finland Lmao. He just beat that monster Liam Taylor lol. Yeah Avanesyan would be a special opponent lol.

If he's world level now, then fight someone in the Top 10.

That is the absolute bare minimum for a supposed world level fighter.

Then he's not the only one failing to meet that criteria.

They would not have laid him out cold. Not in a KO of the year fashion. That win by Benn was hugely impressive.

The hype is good when the product matches the advertisement. This is excuses by Benn. He's still waiting for his voice to drop before he takes a test.

The product does match the advertisement. If you read the article, you'll see he's saying that he's still improving, that he's trying to reach his full potential. No one has said he's the finished article. He's a young fighter making progress and has more popularity than certain sections of the boxing public can handle. And therefore their down on him and want to see him lose. He's rent free in so many heads.

Thank You Kind Sir! Still think Hooker would be better! Teach Benn how to deal with a piston'like jab! He should be able to KO Hooker, but I think he'll learn a lot. If he beats Hooker, Hearn should make Conor vs. Mikey! That would be a good U.S. Debut for Conor Benn!

You mention Ennis and Ortiz. If Avanesyan is so special why are they not being pressured into fighting him? Where is the same energy there? And it was said before the Algieri fight. So by my count that's one fight since it was said, not 2 or 3.
They haven’t being linked with David and be on record acting like he will be next.

Benn, Josh Kelly AND David were all linked together.

He also wanted no part of Florian marku or Chris Kongo.

let him feast on old shot fighters. If suckers wanna pay, suckers are gonna be a sucker. All I can say to that is, have a good old supply of lollipops. You’ll be sucking for a while.

We will see where everyone is. And when Benn avoids all stern competition in order to milk his name, you can come back here and apologise to people on behalf of him can’t you.

Ortiz and boots are trying to fight world champions.

they ain’t after an Adrien Broner, you tell me WTF would Benn gain from a Adrien Broner fight?

you seem to have the answers. So I’m all ears.

if you take him saying “ I wanna fulfil my potential” but won’t acknowledge his BS about fighting other guys, then you obviously prove you have a skewered view of the situation.

Right now, Conor Benn is a laughing stock. And until he fights a live pulse he will remain a laughing stock.

Fancy comparing Benn choice of opponents to Boots or Ortiz. If either of those guys got offered a Spence or Crawford, they themselves would take it.

Conor would give us every excuse why he can’t. Just call a spade a spade ffs. Benn is waiting for a vacant title or for a paper champ to pop up. He has no intention in fighting anybody with decent credentials. I’m sick to death of fans that flip flop. Making excuses for one guy, whilst holding another fighter to other standards.

judge all fighters the same ffs. Benn wants to use his name. Just like tommy fury does. Just like Campbell Hatton does.

You know it, I know it and so does everybody else. It’s the Matchroom blueprint. They did it with Joshua and now he will do it with Benn. All the while ignoring dangerous guys.

                      it IS Conning the public.
