Look, I'm seeking improvement from year to year. Two seasons ago I joined late and ended 27th. Last year I ended 20th. So a reasonable aim for this season is Top 15, unless I finally catch that damn draw with a multiplier I've been looking for all this time...

Yeah, I misinterpreted your words, haha.

Well, considering that I was fourth after three weekends and now I'm 20th (yet again!), I'd say I'm doing great

Just a little look ahead to next week and I'm leaning towards a triple... obviously Charlo vs Castano II, but I also really like Boots vs Clayton and I think Yoka vs Bakole is likely to be a must see too. Both great matchups between two real quality propsects, one at Welter the other at Heavyweight... although it would be preferable if the Paris bout was a 12 rounder.

Thoughts? Opinions? Brought it up now so everyone could have a say, plus it gives those of us who like to research in a bit more depth ample time to look through the fighter footage.

I think Yoka beats Bakole easy, but I may be wrong... And also, can't see Clayton lasting more than five rounds with Ennis. We'll see...

Two nice ones are Zepeda vs Alvarado and Kovalev vs Pulev (don't recoil in horror; I think this fight will be more in the balance than expected, I even smell an upset there...)

Mmm. Not so sure about Yoka vs Bakole but you may have a point in that I suspect we'll see few picking Custio over Boots. Still they're both significant fights for the future of their respective weight classes and all 4 are unbeaten with the exception of Bakoles early loss to Hunter. Lotta folk saw Clayton deserve the nod against Lipinets too so there's that.

Hadn't even given much of a thought to Tervel vs Kovalev, Sergeis too old and largely shot, even before 2 and a half years out of the ring and I never saw anything special in Tervel.... I mean, I'm not sure which would represent more of an upset here, both are 39 years old and neither is gonna do anything meanigful at Cruiser so I'm a bit..

Zepeda vs Alvarado is more promising and I did consider it but would maybe be more meaningful if Rene wasn't coming off 3 successive losses. Still whichever way you cut it Rene is still tough as nails and represents a very significant step up for Zepeda... a stoppage for the Mexican would be a statement even if Rene is past his best.

Okay gentlemen, so that brings us officially up to date in time for the Cinco de Mayo weekend... bit of a crazy week last week with the picks and scores all over the place, lotta multipliers used. Big props to those of us who hit two perfect Damn Wicked PBR Streetgang and Mammoth ... especially Mammoth of course with a goddamn monster score of 340 with a perfect x3 and x5... well done brother. Gonna be tough to beat that one and it's put you right back in contention.

Commiserations to all those who picked Serrano or the Draw... either of em would have been reasonable results as was the official outcome... that's just the way it falls sometimes.
