NOTES:
-Picking the correct winner earns 20 pts
-Picking the correct method earns 10 pts
-Picking the correct detail is worth 10 pts
-Draws are worth 150 pts. A perfect pick without a multiplier is 40pts.

-CLOSE is 8 or fewer pts difference, eg 116 - 112, 115 -113 115 - 113 or closer. CLEAR is 9 - 17 pts difference, eg below 117 - 111 on all three cards WIDE is 18 points or over ie an average of 117 -111 or above on all three cards

-If you'd like to change your pick before the fight starts, post in this thread to do so. Ideally tag me so that I don't miss it.

-2X doubles your points and 3X triples your points. Everyone starts with 10 doubles and 6 triples to use throughout the year. If you forget how many you have left, check the leaderboard in the master thread. Every player also has 3 x5 special multipliers which can be only be used on an underdog (+100 or greater) fighter.

Butler-Casimero likely to be cancelled. Jonas Sultan is a possible replacement so might still be useable as a Pick Em fight.

Might have thought twice if I'd realised just how damn wide John Riel is, although I guess it shouldn't be any huge surprise. Mind you, no matter that John Riel is a fcuking beast on rampage these last few years he does get hit - a lot - so I guess some kinda upset isn't completely outside the realms of possibility. Hmm.. that spiel convince any of you anymore than it did me?

Ah well... should be fun while it lasts at least.

Fury vs Whyte. IDK. Folk thinking it's kinda foregone and I can see that - Tyson should be able to box the absolute snot out of Dillian - but for some reason my gut's saying Whyte's gonna cause more problems for Fury than he should here and certainly at the very least he's gonna come looking for it. Am I gonna pick Dillian FTW? Hell no, but let's just say I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Fury rocked once or twicew before the night's out.

Okay so best I can tell John Riel is almost certainly not gonna be allowed to fight, but what's up in the air is whether a) he'll be stripped of his title and b) whether there'll be a replacement... looks like Sultan is the front runner especially if Casimero is stripped in which case it's possible the WBO will put the title on the line.

Okay. Reckon see how it goes. If we get a definite go ahead on Butler vs Jonas within the next 24 hours I reckon maybe its worth it. Longer than that and it'll be too close for the sake of the Pick Em... in fact it's pushing it even at 24 hours for a Friday evening UK fight. Let's see how this bullchit progresses for the time being. I'll leave the thread as is for now just in case there's a last minute change of heart by the BBBoC or something but note the likely cancellation and then assess whether it's worth changing it as news comes in.
