I had a draw on Shields and Meyer fights - i thought at least one would be a draw - and in fairness, the way I saw it, the Meyer fight was either a draw or an A,B win at 96-94 - too many of her punches were blocked on the gloves.

whats on next week? - as I recall it's another nothing weekend
You're correct, nothing next weekend (sigh), until 29 when we have Loma, plus JoJo Diaz vs William Zepeda (looking forward to the latter).

I think Baumgardner won clearly and deservedly. Mayer is an overrated piece of wood, in terms of BOTH boxing and hotness (how little it takes for many people to get excited...)

That's very true, in fact I was 27th in my first year, 20th last year and am currently 21th... How's that for coherence and balance?

Incidentally - aside from the disappointing ending - what a fantastic performance by Manny Rodriguez. He was a machine in there.

I'm a fan of beastiality - Mayer's horse head on Baumgardner's tiger body

I haven't watched it yet, but glad I changed my pick. I think many picked Russell based on the family name?

Wins like this just put even more gloss on Inoue's resume - bit like if Wilder flattened AJ and/or Usyk - wouldn't that make Fury look good

Damm for some reason I thought I put in all my picks.
I think the double got me abit confused if i did or not.
plus falling off roof stating a new Reno taking off tiles I slipped 2.7mtrs up and ended up with 19 staples, broken wrist and torn shoulder muscle for my effort.
so maybe that threw me off abit aswell.
im all good though guys. Lucky no neck injuries plus no knock out.
Just a sitting down for 10 count

Holy shìt, man... and I was complaining for my computer crashing... I'm glad and relieved that you managed to avoid serious injury.

Never a draw x2 was more wasted than mine ... It was complete dominance by Rodriguez. Agree about the rest, of course.

I think you did, if I understand correctly?

From what I can see you had it like this:

HANEY DEC/clr, later changed to HANEY K/O late
                    SHIELDS DEC/CLS
                    MAYER DEC/cls
                    RUSSEL DEC/clr
                    PLANT DEC/clr
                    WILDER K/O mid

                    but with no multipliers.

Stay safe Blaster and I wish you a speedy recovery!

Damn, man.... that's gotta sting a bit. Hope it doesn't keep you out of action too long and you get better quickly. I have done bits of roofing joinery in the past but I'm glad I don't have to rely on it cos I been getting these crazy bouts of vertigo this last 6 months or so - suddenly feels like I can't tell up from down - just occasionally but enough that I'm super cautious even going up a ladder. Reminds me gotta ring the quack about that at some point.

Anways, best of luck brother and speedy recovery.
