Yes Plant is definitely shying away, Plant will always be the guy that got beat up on the regular in the Mayweather gym. Very mediocre champ but he still got the title so hats off.

I don't see any of Mayweather's people with belts..

I think he has the skills to compete especially after the experience he gained from Canelo.

But I personally think Plant sees the fight as too risky. Benavidez simply has more dog and grit in him and I think Plant doesn't want to face that.

Competing is one thing… going all in trying to win is Mexican — like me Mexican.

I mean, he is very young still, if he moves up to 175 he will definitely do pretty good up there.
