Someone remind hearn of all his "reasons" why Wilder should have accepted pitiful splits during the Wilder/AJ "negotiations" ... particularly the first round of negotiations. Tell him to apply all of his "logic" there to Whyte now ...

The only problem with your logic is that they all have equivalent resumes. They have all fought second teir fighters and none have crossed over with perhaps Fury/AJ vs Klitschko being the exception. And it's hard to compare those 2 fights given the different styles and the time frames at which they were fought.

Do you mean negotiating a better deal for his client and his company is a "pitiful business game"? Do you think Fury and his promoters might be playing games by lobbying WBC for 80/20 split? Jesus, man.

Whytes not going to be in shape anyway so they might as well have the fight.

You say this like the UK isnt a major boxing market where big fights can do better numbers than most US boxing matches. UK fight times are more convenient for a lot of other countries too.

Yawn, it's all about slave trader junior with not 1 but 2 arbitrations going on with the wbc delaying the fight.
The splits 80 20 purse bids or not.
If Edward wants Whyte to get his 10 mill he'll bid 50 mill plus to stage the fight... Yeah right xD
Top rank winning a bid & staging in the US is both wrong but interesting, is Fury big enough to carry a fight in the US?

The splits decided & Edward's still crying.

Because it was an optional defence? There's a massive difference.

Fury/Whyte will have to happen at some point, or someone will have to pull out. Nobody has blinked yet.

Wilder didn't need to pull out, he didn't have to fight AJ
