I don’t really like his chances ,he’s never defeated a top puncher with one shot power besides Breazeale but he wasn’t a top fighter . The only fighter that stands to gain from his retirement is Fury as the only guy to officially stop him .

Boxing fans should want to see him against , Mahkmudov, Joyce, Hrgovic, Yoka , DDD , Parker ,Ruiz , Sanchez ,Usyk A.J , that’s 10 guys right there so fighting one is almost unavoidable and all are problematic and represent a dangerous fight for him . A loss to any probably sinks his resume entirely but at least he went out swinging.
Obviously you are wrong... Wilder can just give Ortiz a third chance at greatness. Don't forget Ortiz is the boogeyman and avoided by everyone.

      ROFLMAO... sorry. Could not resist.

In all seriousness... wilder vs Ortiz 3 is what we will get.... followed by Wilder vs Ruiz or Helenius.... maybe Kownacki.

Sure, go ahead and sail off into retirement with one of the weakest resumes in heavyweight boxing history!

To all the haters: Don't be so jealous that Bomz has defended the WBC title more times than you posted something worth reading on this site.
Remember when Wilder found Fury he was a coked out bum. And don't give me that reformed crap. Fury was def on drugs during the last telecast Dec 8th for Loma's ass whooping of Commey for Bob Arum's bday.
Would love to see Wilder compete again. Coming off the FOTY?

Why don't u give an interview about how retribution was gonna be upon us, and instead, ur boy got slept like he was on a tempurpedic cloud supreme? Why don't u explain why u had him pumping all that f....ing pig iron and bench pressing all heavy and bulking up like he's competing in the Mr. Olympia? All that did was tighten up his chest and slow down his punching and make him gas out the way he did? Why is everyone saying y'all did so good when u did a **** job? I didn't see no improvement in him whatsoever. I didn't see no boxing skills or no defensive improvement. I saw a guy stalking and looking for bombs to land like always and he gassed out just as fast as he did with the costume. He just took more of an severe asswhipping because u would never stop it. Make interviews about that, son

                      That's it isn't it?

The guy missed his chance. He was managed to a title and opted for the easy road over legacy.

I don't doubt he was good enough to win some decent fights. He would have lost a few in the process but he'd be far more respected.

As it is he fought one guy, lost, and quit. I don't blame him, and he's wealthier than I am with more guts than I have. But he's no great. Slide off into wealthy oblivion and good luck for the future.
