Bro I don't make the rankings I'm just pointing out that Ortiz was definitely a top 10 guy. The division blows, there are like 3 or 4 legit guys and the rest could all beat each other on any given night

The problem is Wilder never fought any of the other legit guys during his title reign. He just, for what ever reason, took the easy path and I believe his resume clearly proves that. I also believe any reasonable boxing fan would agree with that assessment.

He's a PBC stooge.. the only guy he never really fought that was worth anything was Joshua and he ducked his way out of that $100 million deal.
whyte would be the other one and thst guy just gets ducked by every champ I guess cause fury won't fight him either now

And I guess you missed the rest of the post where I said he couldn't beat Fury and I think he's done because mentally he's shot
The whole of your post was precisely what I was replying to. Wilder has avoided all the good fighters in the division, bar one. That is Fury.

My point is that you have to make up your mind what is more likely out of two propositions.

          1. Wilder can knock everyone else out apart from Fury and it is only outrageous coincidence/bad luck that the first elite fighter he faced from the HW division beat him.

          or

          2. There are several fighters that Wilder might struggle against and losing to the first elite fighter he faced was a likely outcome given his boxing limitations.

I see no reason to believe at all that Wilder would KO Usyk or Joyce if they fought. I think Joshua could go either way and we'd have to see the fight to know with any certainty. I'm far from convinced that Wilder would knock out Andy Ruiz or Robert Helenius. Wilder could try and pursue any of these fights so that we can find out, but we know he won't.

Plenty of fighters he could have fought. Hell, Povetkin would have even been a better choice then all the stiffs Wilder fought. But he is PBC stooge, as you stated, so why are we even having this conversation?
