but for me, Usyk had the more "historic" win and the one that fans will remember.

That is how Canelo fan are, unless you are worshiping him and shower him with nothing but praise they refuse to listen to anything else and take everything extremely personally. You would think that we were talking badly about their mothers. it’s very similar to a cult.

Your adjustment is a weak assumption. My adjustment of your comment was an accurate depiction of your obvious cry baby canelo cult like love comments. I actually said canelo deserved fighter if the year because of his activity and unification, I just explained that there are several other guys with bigger individual wins than any of his 3 wins. Pretend you’re actually a boxing fan for 5 min and not a leading member of Canelo’s fan girl club. Do you disagree that other guys had better wins against better opposition than any of Canelo’s 3 wins?

The stand out fighter of the year. Usyk and Taylor both had good single wins, but Canelo had a real good active year.

I remember some people trying to say the same things about BJS. Slick style that Canelo struggles with. Instantly forgotten after the result.

Yldrim was a proper joke, but BJS and Smith were decent opponents and good wins. A lot of other fighters aren't even fighting twice in the year, so Yildrim can be viewed in that context. Josh Taylor and Usyk both had important wins and rightly make the list as worthy mentions, but they both did only fight once; there really should't be any controversy about this.

He did struggle with BJS though even though Billy isn't nearly as tough to hit as Andrade

It should’ve been Terence “TBE” Crawford

He had the best win. Usyk the second best win. Canelo had 3 wins, BJS and Plant are good, but not as proven as Porter or AJ.
