Toney should go down to cruiser again, its good that he slimmed down to 217, but he still looks verry chubby and could drop down to 200 easily if he wanted to. And at that weight, he has verry good chance to be champion again. Imagine if he would fight Huck or any other, hes so experienced he would school this young unexperienced champs.

Toney is awesome. The very fact someone can make their pro debut at 157lbs and even talk (realistically) about fighting 250lbs+ guys in the heavyweight divison is astonishing.
