PBC has a history of having thier fighters turn down career high pay days in order to benefit the brand more so than the fighters earnings.

Ortiz turning down $7mil for Joshua
Wilder turned down $100-$120mil 3 fight deal
Mall turned down $5-$7 mil for a shot at Canelo
Mall turned down $7 mil Andrade offer
Tank turned down $5mil for a shot at Farmer

I'm sure there's a couple more but you get the picture. I'm not aware of any other high profile fighter, from any other promotional outfit, turning down lucrative offers like that? And these aren't offers to face second rate fighters, these are offers to face the best of the division sans Farmer.
GBP did do a good job with Ortiz but so have PBC, he’s earned good money and is still earning good money at nearly 43 years old.

I don’t take many of those offers seriously, a lot of them were just Eddie waffling.

Wilder/Finkel/DAZN's head brass have confirmed offer to Wilder
Roberto Diaz is on record confirming offer to Jermall
Jay Jimenes confirmed offer to Ortiz
Hearns offer to Jermall and Tank can be questioned I suppose

They cant draw flies because of their stereotypes as runner/stinkers, ie Lady Lara and Rigomortis. Ortiz was further set back with a failed drug test showing anabolic steroids.

Vs Deyonce he exposed his woeful lack of boxing skills, had him hurt, yet couldn't seal the deal even in the rematch. His Uncle Al has at least overpaid him enough to take vacations with his family.

Deyonce as the former last US Olympic medalist was always a financial front runner over any Cuban in his painfully slow ascent as a contender. Of these defector Cubanos, has there ever been a popular one with the public? It's almost like their own fellow Cubanos don't support them even in Florida.
Like always, when talking about Cuban athletes, you are full of $h1t and don't know what you are writing about it. You're basing your knowledge of Cuban boxing, base on two fighters, one of them, Lara has been Involved in two fights of the year fights. You don't write anything about Casamayor, Hurtado, JC Gomez, Yoan Pablo, Gamboa, Yoelvis Gomez, Morrell Jr. Pero, Scull, Matellon, Ariel, Martinez, Robeisy and a few others, not mentioning the old generation like Napoles, Legra, Paret, Rodriguez, Florentino, Tunero, Gavilan, Chocolate, Valiant. Too many warriors to mention each and everyone, but you getting it.

Luis Ortiz could of had a way better Career than he has had but we all know what Haymon was doing with him. He would never allow Ortiz in with the better non PBC heavies just incase they did a better job on him than Deontay Wilder did as they were Wilder flagship victories, his claims to greatness, and they pushed the "Bogeyman" BS and claimed everybody was ducking him when nobody actually was.

It was most obvious when they lied to team Joshua about him being on vacation with his family so couldn't fight AJ and made no attempts at all to inform Ortiz or his trainers of an offer even though they were in the gym preparing for the opportunity should it arise.

Then you got Dillian Whyte offering him a PPV headline shot for millions in the UK but Ortiz management refused but counter offered with an undercard slot in America for less than 1 million which is a ridiculous counter offer and then claimed Whyte ducked by refusing it cuz his offer was way better.

God knows who else has been scared off fighting Ortiz just so they could keep Wilder's wins looking great, I know other top fighters have been open to facing him . Al Haymon and the cult of PBC have stunted Ortiz career to enhance a bigger money maker and lied to him along the way to do it.

Considering your weird negative obsession with PBC/Harmon, your opinion means less than nothing.

They did but he only made a combined $2mil for those fights where he was KTFO...where as he would've made $7 for the first fight against Joshua, had a very good chance to upset him like Ruiz making atleast $10-$15 mil in the rematch and becoming the WBO,WBA and IBF heavyweight champ in one fell swoop....

Really bad management however which way you look at it but that's what happens when you allow yourself to become a PBC pawn.If he had lost to Joshua,oh well, hed be $7million dollars richer and PBC still will have had him in line for a Wilder shot anyways.

                    $2mil/2 KO losses < $20mil/ 3belts.

We don’t know the details though, it’s like when AJ “turned down” the 50m. We don’t know what was in the contract, we don’t know the terms and conditions etc etc. These guys aren’t ******, they’re not gonna turn down something that is financially beneficial to them.
