I don't think that Sanchez is as good as he's being built up to be. Eddy Reynoso would be wise to teach him to fight more like a Mexican and less like a Cuban. Nobody wants to see a giant version of Rigondeaux.

I told my wife the same thing. He fights like the shot version of Rigondeaux. Ortiz is an example of how a HW cuban should look. I hope Sanchez gets KTFO real soon so that I never have to watch him again.

That was another IBF eliminator. I believe Ortiz/Hrgovic will be ordered as a final eliminator? Hrgovic couldn’t get any of the IBF top 15 to fight him for one reason or another but I think Ortiz has to fight him or else they might just anoint Hrgovic the mandatory if he declines.

I hope they order that. It'll be interesting to see if Ortiz is allowed to take that fight, or if they squirm out of it. But they didn't accept before, so why would they now. Maybe Haymon tries to persuade the IBF to make Ortiz mandatory. I hope not. That just wouldn't be fair on Hrgovic.

Luiz Ortiz even still at this stage of his career, is a fairly good fighter. To overcome the knockdowns, and then produce a knock out 'That is impressive'.

I still say that the wins Deontay Wilder have over Ortiz are underrated. That Ortiz may have well beaten many of the heavyweights around today.

I don't know where Ortiz goes from here, fighters I sense will be more eager to fight him after last night.
