Team Ortiz has already turned that down.

I told my wife the same thing. He fights like the shot version of Rigondeaux. Ortiz is an example of how a HW cuban should look. I hope Sanchez gets KTFO real soon so that I never have to watch him again.

Charles never yelled out "MEDIC !" No need for him to close the gap, fair game.

I hope they order that. It'll be interesting to see if Ortiz is allowed to take that fight, or if they squirm out of it. But they didn't accept before, so why would they now. Maybe Haymon tries to persuade the IBF to make Ortiz mandatory. I hope not. That just wouldn't be fair on Hrgovic.

Can see Martin fighting Wilder in the spring now.

              • Luiz Ortiz even still at this stage of his career, is a fairly good fighter. To overcome the knockdowns, and then produce a knock out 'That is impressive'.

I still say that the wins Deontay Wilder have over Ortiz are underrated. That Ortiz may have well beaten many of the heavyweights around today.

I don't know where Ortiz goes from here, fighters I sense will be more eager to fight him after last night.

Neither should be near a belt. But say Aj beats Usyk, you know he'll want another shot old man on his resume next.
Or after squirming out of the Whyte fight, Furys team offer Ortiz a shot.
