It's is in the UK. That's where he's from, that's where he's based, that's where he fights. He just done 7000 in Liverpool for Algieri. But the Broner fight does 20,000 in London. So yes it is a massive profile boost. And wether you admit it or not, he's becoming more well known in the US now also. Not amazingly so, but the name of Broner will bring him to the attention of a lot more general sports fans there. So again, yes, it is a large profile boost.

Haha still defending these garbage fights like you are promoter yourself get the **** out of here. I am talking to you directly and stating the facts. I need no ones reassurance that's why I'm quoting you directly and nobody else yet you are the on this thread quoting everybody talking the same nonsense. It's there to be seen go check, I am just stating what I've seen I didn't pick anyone in specific because it's really just you who believe these fights are worthy.
If Eddie's making excuses then why in the **** are you saying he should fight x, y, and z??? Who are YOU? Nobody.

Man, just go away already! Lol. If the promoter feels the fighter isn't ready then who are you again? I respect fighters with gatekeepers on their resume..it shows that the fighter's team took their time, made the right fights to make the fighter a star and ultimately preparing him for championship bouts against top guys.
Why aren't you getting this???
The same "fans" 9such as yourself) clamor for fights and as soon as the favorite fighter loses, you start running your cum dumpster about him being a hype job and so on. THIS is why we don't get the fights we want...because of clowns like you.
And it's just like a feckless loser to say how many people in this thread agrees with you. Another sign of weakness because you can't stand on your own points...not that they're of any substance to begin with.
Move on, fella. We're done here.

So Benn has two years to fight any of the top WW is your point. Ok. We’ll wait for about 5 or 6 fights of Broner like opponents to get beat before Benn faces Boots. Gotcha!
I could list a bunch of boxers with no amateur experience who fought for world titles within 5 years of their pro debut but I doubt it would mater to you. Hopkins started boxing at 17 while in prison and went straight professional but what do I know.

What is wrong with sports fans in the UK? How is Broner a big name in the UK? Broner is bollocks (your lingo). Nobody gives two pounds about him.
Benn fighting Broner will not enhance his profile in the US at all. We know he can beat him.

i agree with you. Broner is irrelevant he’s just a name and it’s not a fight I like for Benn, it would have a massive financial upside however but I’d rather see him fight Garcia. I’m not against a fight with Ennis but people just want to see it because they think Benn will lose. Really and truly it’s not a fight that makes sense for either fighter right now unless it’s ordered as a final eliminator Unlike a fight between two undefeated American champions that everyone has an excuse to make when the subject of the fight is brought up.————
Since you mention Ortiz and Ennis, I will remind you that neither of them has had extensive amateur careers so they are all equal on paper. Ennis is looking to fight any of the belt holders at WW and so is Ortiz. So why not go after Ennis??
Your guy Benn is clamoring for Broner. Even if what you say was true, it’s not, why Broner? Broner is irrelevant. There are better ways to matchmake.
