Foreman would stop Wlad in the first.

The reason Wlad has the success he does is that he combines really good physical skills with an outstanding understanding of his strengths and limitations to dominate heavyweights today that are out of shape and undisciplined. Give me Vitali, who has a proven chin and ability to brawl, and you have intriguing fights against the all time greats at heavyweights. Wlad would get owned.
