How would you not blame Fury if he drops the belt rather than face his mandatory?
Court cases are an issue for Whyte, not Fury. If Whyte rejects purse bids then that's on him (and possibly the WBC).
But Fury has no excuse. It's a position he has been in just twice before and has either not fulfilled his obligations or has had to be taken to court to fulfill his obligations.

Exactly. Any champ that doesn't aim for undisputed is just a phony, a paper champ, and should never be considered the MAN in the division
That's what Fury will be if he ducks this match and loses his only belt in the process, it'll be an insult to fans who want to see an undisputed champ
