Tyson Fury has fought ONE top-20 fighter in 6 years. He's one fighter better than Jake Paul. The guy is just about making money and a lot of noise. He kept saying how useless Wilder was then got knocked down 3 times by him. He'll probably fight Chisora again
Actually it was 4 knockdowns ... just saying

I give zero 5hits what Whyte/Fury get paid....all I know is Whyte is a giant idiot if he lets this fight slip through.

Fury is ripe for the picking.

Beating Wilder who literally only has one strategy and one punch showed us nothing in terms of boxing skill.

I can see Fury having a hard night at work with any top HW....

Fury is right that Joshua should step aside and let the UNDEFEATED champions fight NOW. Joshua and Wilder should fight and the loser should probably retire. These are arguably the best and proven top eight heavyweights today. March would be the best month of boxing possibly ever. I want to see them all.

        Fury vs Usyk:

Fury could be too big for Usyk and that could be bad for him because Usyk has proven with Joshua that he can fight at heavyweight, although Joshua never really tagged him like he did Ruiz so his ability to stay in a fight after getting bombed has not been proven. Usyk's size and skill could be too agile for Fury. Someone he has never seen.

        Joshua vs Wilder:

Both have lost twice recently and the loser should probably retire unless it was a controversial fight. The winner would have the option to fight the winner of one of the other matches. No fan can say they don't want to see this one.

        Ruiz vs Whyte:

Ruiz has not been stopped in two fights with Joshua and one with Parker. No doubt he is a test for any up and coming fighter. A win over Whyte would leave no doubt he should challenge one of the winners. Likewise a knockout win for Whyte would allow him something to achieve that Joshua and Parker could not do giving him a shot at one of the winners. Who doesn't want to watch this fight. Whyte deserves no more than 25%. He ducked Wallin to get this shot.

        Parker vs Joyce:

Joyce needs to prove himself and a win would allow him a big fight. Parker is a durable seasoned veteran and would be a great test for him and should guarantee him a big fight if he can beat Joyce. Parker and Joyce should match up well.

Pretty sure he was criticizing Wilder for not taking his career's biggest pay day to fight vs Joshua. Now here he is refusing to take his career's biggest payday to fight Fury. Whyte is a bum.

I think Usyk will beat Fury. Usyk fights top-level opponents all the time. Where as Fury has only fought Wilder (in the last 6 years) - who is more a brawler than a boxer. Fury is a lot of hype. He is living off a strange win against Wlad - and then he ran from the rematch and wins against Wilder where he went life and death. Not to mention Fury said Cunnigham was his hardest opponent.

Joshua/Wilder is 50/50 If Wilder lands its the end for Joshua but Joshau can box very well and hits quite hard himself. But Wilder is very fast. So def a 50/50 fight. Disagree about retiring. Why??

Ruiz/Whyte is also 50/50 if Ruiz comes in, in top shape. Ruiz has a great chin and fast hands.

Joyce beats Parker I think but Parker is a step above anyone Joyce has fought so far. SO I'd say 60/40 Joyce for that one

If Joshua and Wilder were to fight the loser would probably want to retire. Joshua was beaten down by Ruiz and didn't do anything in the rematch to regain his confidence. Pulev was just an older and slower version of Joshua so it was not test. Hand picked to try and pick Joshua's confidence up. Joshua barely finished the Usyk fight. The end would have been a knockout if there was another round or two. If Wilder were to beat Joshua the ending would be brutal also which is why I think he should retire is that happened. As for Wilder he has been beaten by Fury and if he lost to Joshua he should return also.

Both fighters were on the top for several years and to get back up there at a later age and the fact they have enough money is not likely to happen. Retirement would be the best decision. Of course they would need to make the fight happen and it could if Joshua does not rematch Usyk but Joshua is avoiding Fury and Wilder by rematching. If he loses to Usyk again there probably won't be a Fury fight.

I don't see Whyte having a 50% chance with Ruiz. He is made for Ruiz because he will be inside and that is not the place to fight Ruiz. Whether Ruiz is still motivated is the question.

Disagree about Joshua/Ruiz. Joshua did exactly the right thing in the 2nd fight. Ruiz showed in the first fight he could take AJ's best shots and that AJ couldn't take his. As Usyk showed - you don't need to KO your opponents to win. AJ has a poor chin, no matter how good he is he is always going to have loses. Not to mention out of all the top HWs he has been fighting the best opponents. Pretty much every opponent is a top-10 guy. Don't forget AJ is FIVE years behind in his career than Wilder and Fury both of whom seem to have forgotten about fighting top-level guys apart from themselves, and arguably not even then cos Fury was overweight and retired when Wilder picked him. Pulev was ranked no.7 (Ring rating) and had only been stopped by Wlad when AJ stopped him. Usyk is better than AJ, that's why AJ lost. You don't retire cos someone is better than you, you get better, and if you lose you get better again. That's like saying WIlder should retire cos Fury beat him.

You could be right about Whyte but Ruiz has been doing weird stuff like losing too much weight

The second Ruiz fight showed fear and a lack of confidence from Joshua. Even though he won the fight he conceded something to his opponent mentally.

That's not what a strong, dominant champion does.

He would have lost if he did anything else. You are just putting your own feelings onto his. Just like if he had fought a Whyte rematch he would have boxed him more. AJ has a poor chin. He can't bulldoze the top guys without risking getting KO'd

Fury shouldn't be fighting anyone else without dropping the belt.

He can try. But Whyte will put an injunction in straight away.

So it's Fury's call. Negotiate the fee and fight Whyte, drop the belt and fight whoever you want, or just wait it out.

With only three options, you can guarantee Fury is going for option 4.
