I’m not sure but I think only the arbitrator can enforce an injunction because there’s no current contract between Whyte and Fury so Fury has nothing binding he has to follow .
Fury has no choice negotiating the fee ,the games he’s playing is just stalling tactics to get another fight besides Whyte where he won’t be penalized by the WBC and play the good guy even though he’s the problem here . This entire fiasco is to see the outcome of Usyk and A.J while he schedules a fight that shifts the Whyte fight well past when A.J is set to try and regain his belts . Wheather he actually fights is anyone’s guess ,I’m still betting it’s Kabayel because it’s the safest fight he can get away with .
Unless Warren and Co. change their minds soon this is the most probable scenerio .
