    it's jealousy on Floyd's part.

Also Floyd isn't getting the credit he thinks he deserves because Canelo was green and drained, that's why he's saying Canelo was prime. It's mostly making Floyd look like a sad little old man, he should really just stay back and let Tank get some attention.
Most of his big fights went to the decision but they were against legends and p4p kings and he DOMINATED his way to victory. Canelo is getting stoppages against fighters who are bums compared to the level of opposition Floyd fought, you can't compare the two, Canelo has a good resume but Floyd has a legendary resume.

He wishes he was back in his 30’s ruling the sport but that time is over, it’s Canelo’s time now. Canelo has replaced Floyd as the face of the sport and Floyd’s ego doesn’t like that. It’s the same reason Oscar is so salty about Floyd. Athletes don’t like having to pass the torch.
Sounds quite legit and true bro.
      I agree.

          Ok.

His job is to bring attention to the fight. If he does that by making news this way is this really that big a deal?
I think he does bring up on his own sometimes, granted he gets asked about him a lot

I also think it’s not a jealousy thing tbh, he’s using canelos name to market the fights

he was at wbc convention and didn’t bring him up, he didn’t need to market anything

I mean, I agree that Floyd needs to just focus on exalting his fighter Tank as opposed to reminding the world so much about himself.

I'm talking about why Floyd seems like a scored woman bringing up Canelo any chance he gets.

He’s done 2 exhibitions since January 1 2018- Tenshin and Paul. That surely doesn’t equate to “missing the spotlight”, does it?

Floyd and ODH are promoters. They likely reason, which makes sense, that their fans are also fans of the fighters they employ.

when they promote those boxers they fall back on the things they feel resonates with fans.

As the dude who responded to Coppinger pointed out, Floyd was trying to bring attention to the Tank fight.

How much time during this event did he talk about Canelo?

Saying he is jealous of Canelo sounds good, I just don’t know if the facts support that conclusion.

When it’s Floyd that answers questions, it is over exaggerated, made into something else, then forced into some silly narrative that Floyd is jealous of a guy he beat it is using their name.

Why his is still being done at this point makes no sense.
That’s not true in the post fight presser no one asked him about Canelo he just brought him up out of nowhere.

Dude is so insecure it’s ridiculous never seen a person male or female as insecure and odd as Floyd.
