Yeah I mean ideally it’d be a UK card save us staying up until ****** o’clock every Sunday. I really think if Sky done a card following Super Sunday it would do great numbers. Surprised they’ve never tried it before.

Unfortunately none of them. UK boxing coverage is really poor at the moment.

Plus on the east coast with these main events starting late means it will probably do less buys. Saturday nights are good for late night fights as a lot of people don’t have to get up early on Sunday.
This fight was already going to do a low number. A Sunday fight hurts it more.
        Red - Bingo!

Good for the boxing fans. Bad for the casuals.

Casuals aren't going to watch Sunday football and then fork over $70+ for a sport they aren't hardcore about. On Saturday, even if they aren't that much into the sport, buying it and hosting an event is something better than nothing. Not to mention the whole, being up late on a Sunday for some who work early the next Monday morning. It adds another layer of, nah, f**k that.

Now onto the boxing fans, of course it is great when fights don't clash because it happens so often. Though let's be real, these boxing promoters don't give a f**k about the fans, the majority are in it for what keeps the lights on.

Great but nobody that works is going to throw a PPV party. I think the sales will be low.

Great if you're in the US but not so good if you're in the UK due to the time difference. I'd really have to take Monday off work to stay up to watch a US PPV.

But in principle all for it.

I'm old enough to remember when they used to have title fights in midweek, Tyson, Hagler etc.
