Yeah, Bellew v Makabu was a Sunday, before a bank holiday. I’m surprised they never did it more.

You might arguably get a bigger audience on a Sunday because a lot of people have other plans on Saturdays, especially a casual audience that aren’t going to break plans for a boxing match

I don't like it at all. Saturdays are perfect as most people don't have to wake up early the following day and can get hammered. It's not only about the fight it's the whole atmosphere and Sunday just doesn't lend itself to that imo, and especially having to work the following day.

I don't like it during NFL season. Sunday night usually has a good game between two interesting teams.

But would welcome it during the NFL offseason and especially during the time of year when baseball is the only thing going on.

If you’re over 48 this isn’t new. We got a ton of great, meaningful fights on Saturday and Sunday afternoon on ABC, NBC and CBS from 2-5 pm.

I would WELCOME boxing on Saturday and Sunday afternoon or night.

When I saw this I was hoping the plan was to have Tank’s fight start at 800. I’d like to see them do it like that. Not have the fight start at 1200 am on a Sunday night. That would suck.
