How do they know he went into the fight with this condition? Might it not have been caused by a blow during the fight?

If the doctors are saying it's true I'll believe them over the WebMD experts on this forum. Regardless he lost and it was his fault for going into the ring injured in the first place especially while struggling to make weight. My biggest issue is why was he smoking hookah during his training camp especially as an asthmatic.Comment

This was quite an eye opener.
Take nothing away from Kambosos' great performance, but give credit to Lopez for fighting even when he didn't know he was in that bad a way, potentially at huge risk.
Glad he's okay, and yes, he should still admit that Kambosos fought a helluva fight. Boxing is dangerous in any case, perhaps more so than mma.Comment

Holy schit
BIG SALUTE to Lopez. Despite all that he still almost KO'd George. Probably would've if not for the 300 lbs on just chestComment

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUKUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU with this BUUUUUUUUULSHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!
300 pounds on his chest before he entered the ring? DUFAWAY!
I have videos where Lopez showed NO SIGN of ANY TEAR near Lungs. He screams into Kambosos poster "I'M GONNA EAT YOU! I'M GONNA EAT YOU IN ONE HOUR!!! I CAN'T WAIT!"
He got that trauma by a legal punch in the ring. GTFO with such excuses. It didn't stop him to claim all that trash about him winning the fight into the mic.
One more thing! When you have a brutal 12 round fight and doctor says it is quite possible you got 300lbs on your chest against breathing BEFORE THE FIGHT you know this is no doctor, he has his OWN game in the mind.Comment

Sounds like bollocks to me. Are these his doctors saying these things? Are these doctors confirming he has this problem or are these doctors just responding to a claim by acknowledging how such a condition affects you?
American Boxers and their excuses lol.Comment

It did seem like Lopez had some sort of breathing issue imo. Like in the Loma fight I saw that he seemed to be overly tired in a few of the later rounds taking huge breaths. I know it's hard to turn down the money in the sport but if this isn't something that can be addressed dude may want to consider retiring early altogether because it def isn't going to get any easier at 140lbs. Is the money really worth your life? We saw what happened to Patrick Day in the ring 2 years ago, RIP.Last edited by Realizniguhnit; 12-04-2021, 05:20 PM.Comment

Couldn't breath yet he fought 12 rounds, cried like a bit## after the fight and was doing flips.....
more like Kambosos took the air right out of him that nightComment
