He definitely wasn’t that guy who fought Lomachenko. For a small fast twitch fighter he was obviously sluggish in this fight…… If these credible doctors have this to say, I thoroughly believe my eyes weren’t deceiving me. ….The capable fighter that beat Lomachenko could have certainly put up a much much better fight against Kambosos. It’s just his big mouth that makes him a well deserved target .lol. It’s no wonder he was the betting favorite…but that “mouth” though.

Id like to speak to those docs... There are a lot of things that should be verified... Im on the fence as to whether it is possible. I remember from when I fought, when your oxygen was dwindling, I mean I don't know if a person can overcome that...Put a choke on someone the wrong way where they are struggling, and you get a reflexive reaction to what is happening, your body says "help!" You can maybe overcome the panic...

Shannon Briggs fought with asthma, other fighters...but he is claiming more than that. Here are some thngs that come to mind:

          1. A lot of fighters who grew up in NYC were exposed to conditions that cause asthma, so fighters do develop it in the area.
          2. I would not expect doctors to catch that in their routine physicals
          3. Its hard to imagine Lopez being able to fight through that.
          4. Before I even think what Lopez did, I would like to establish IF he could have done as claimed...

Good Point! We need some perceptive posts to see if what Lopez claims is even possible.

I have been worried for boxers in general who have battled with Covid 19. I am involved with local running events in
New York and have heard of runners dropping during races. Later reading reports of problems with lung scars and
enlarged heart possibly associated with covid illness.

Man , maybe teo needs to lay the gloves down now, health comes first. Who’s to say this couldn’t happen again with far greater consequences? Wether people like a fighters personality or disagree amongst ourselves, I’d like to think as a community we would all never want to see a man lose his life in the squared circle! Simply not worth it!

Bollox, he just forgot rule 37 of the warriors code... Never overlook a fighter named George.
