There needs to be consistency in this sport for people to not cry foul every time these anomalies occur.
Other than that, conspiracy theories are imbecilic, the internet broke society.
I've seen it a number of times, and given them myself. This is not one of those times that it was warranted. All of Teos aggression was ineffective.

I scored it like Lyle, but here's how I scored the rounds.

          Here's how I had it.

          Round 1 : 10-8 Kambosos (KD)
Round 2: 19-18 Kambosos Lead (Lopez Round)
Round 3: 28-28 Tied (Lopez Round)
          Round 4: 38-37 Kambosos
          Round 5: 48-46 Kambosos
          Round 6: 58-55 Kambosos
          Round 7: 68-64 Kambosos
          Round 8: 78-74 10/10 Round
          Round 9: 87-84 Lopez Round
Round 10: 95-94 Lopez Round (KD)
          Round 11: 105-103 Kambosos
          Round 12: 114-113 Lopez Round

          Winner: Kambosos

I'm not sure Jojo can stop him, but with the recovery that Haney showed against Linares, he might be able to stun him and win some rounds.

I've seen 10-9 rounds with a knockdown very rarely, and only when one fighter is absolutely dominating the round. 10-8 is much more consistent and there's less chance for bias for the A side.

This is boxing. A knockdown, a clean knockdown is the ultimate in boxing. In fact , some bodies in boxing have the " 3 knockdown rule ". Meaning 3 knockdowns and it's game over. Your done. So your telling me if a guy in scores 3 knockdowns in any round , yes 3 times but that's the only 3 punches he landed all round , and the other guy dominated , and scored more punches, the guy who scored the 3 knockdowns loses the round ? Give me a break. This is boxing , you score a knockdown, you win the round 10-8. , 2 knockdowns, 10-7. And so on. Kambosos wins the first round 10-8 . It's as simple as that. Don't listen to this author Lyle. He's a clown . He comes from the Jim Lampley Boxing 101 Academy.

Let's face it. Everyone is going to gripe one way or another about scoring and paid off judges etc. This isn't MMA where you not only can win from KO or TKO, but also from submission if the guy tries to just survive.

An option would be to have no rounds and let the two go at it until one is stopped or stops due to exhaustion. No judges needed.

The UFC allowed this once in Royce Gracie's return to challenge WW champ Hughes. No time limit. It eventually ended with Hughes submitting Gracie, the supposed best BJJ guy in the world.
