He’s gonna keep wasting his time waiting on getting a 3rd fight with Canelo. He should look for a fight with Andrade, Charlo or Munguía instead

I'm actually happy that GGG has made a lot of cash and doesn't let himself come back at an older age out of desperation for money (a bit like Margarito vs Cotto II).
Up until he fought Nelo, GGG had an easy time of it. Absolutely no wear or tear during his MW reign. Bum after No Hoper after Bum again. All of a sudden, Nelo fights him close and GGG is an old man.

Nelo won the 2nd fight and would crush him a 3rd time. GGG stayed a MW way too long

Lmao this is the biggest reach I’ve ever seen. Nothing like pac/Marquez. I thought lil g won the first fight by one point But he let his foot off the pedal and left the door open for a draw. 2nd fight he clearly lost. No need for another fight. There’s no sauce. Lil g blocks punches with his face, that style doesn’t age well abs canelo is better now than he’s ever been. Lil g should unify with charlo or andrade or mungia

GGG is just sounding like Brook chasing Khan all these years now
He’s not really done a lot since the second Canelo fight, he could have fought Andrade, Munguia or moved up to 168 and made the fight with Callum Smith or BJS on DAZN before Canelo cleaned out 168 to force the fight but for some reason he didn’t

Golovkin wants the big retirement payoff from canelo. He doesn't want those hard fights for less $$$.

pretty sure he went from rope to rope to rope, got battered, landed the odd counter & then pretended he won got boo'd by his own cult fans..& then had to take PEDS to try and beat him in the rematch. failed, was razor close and then pretended he won a conclusive ending to the series? embarrassing stuff m8

Good point. Saunders was with dazn and I'm sure would have taken that fight. If golovkin had won (50/50) then canelo would have fought him for the title. But he didn't want to take the risk of getting beaten when there was still a chance he might get the third fight without taking any risks.

                      (1) I doubt this fight happens

                      (2) If G has a secret formula for winning then he could’ve used it anytime during the first 2 fights, because the 1st fight showed you can’t let it get to the cards with Canelo

                      (3) I hope this formula involves more than jabbing him senseless
