So he deserves it because he is heavy and a weak belt holder, though nobody knew this dude existed few days ago.

The point of going up in weight ist to operate in that weight. Canelo has no intention to stay at cruiser, he just found an oportunity there to be called "5 weight champion" and is going back right afterwards. To me that is bullsheit.

Why not stay at his weight and make the fights everybody wants to see? Why skip 175?

Oh yes, because "they dont deserve it"

Could be but it's possible Makabu could be a bigger underdog than Andrade.
Jr got demolished in 3 by Bellew, the only credible fighter on his record.
It was one of those KO's where the fighter is unconscious before he hits the floor.
      Some scary sh/t.

Makabu one credible fighter on his resume > Andrade ZERO credible fighters on his resume.

Did Andrade deserve to be the champion to fight Canelo over Caleb Plant, the other champion? No.

Did Charlo deserve it more than Callum or Bjs, also champions? No.
But those champions that Canelo fought were weak champions. Plant is skilled, but he has no power. Smith fought like he was weak and afraid. BJS is skilled too, but with 14 Ko's in 30 wins, he's no power puncher. Andrade is an anomaly. He's a lefty, awkward and unorthodox. Charlo is long, tall, strong and skilled. Canelo wants no part of either of them.

            Did Oscar stay at middleweight?

Did Pac stay at Jr Middleweight?

Did Floyd stay at Jr Middleweight?

he deserved it more than smith thats for sure, smith had just 'won' an outright robbery against c-level john ryder. BJS had done nothing in recent years, i will say he wasnt too bad a choice on paper overall but some of the other ones have been dreadful. yilidirim, shot to pieces kovalev (who looked like he took a dive), plant, fielding, just awful. the worst thing is they all looked beat before they even got in the damn ring, andrade and charlo seem mentally stronger to me and that theyd come in with some game plan and would be there to win, not just to pick up a pay cheque. most people had forgot makuba even existed after he got kod by bellew in 3, i dont see what hes done to earn a fight

Great, let’s have them fight each other then.

There was a list of why Canelo wouldn’t fight the other 3 fighters as well.

Fair Enough...but the same question can be asked about Makabu

Andrade I could careless anymore, with Jermall, I think a fight with Canelo vs Jermall do big numbers because of the HATE him and his Brothers generates upon themselves. Also too Mall does have a entertaining style he comes to FIGHT and I think that would make for a far more entertaining fight with Canelo compared to a very Awkward and Weird Andrade. Even Andrade Pre Fight and Post Fight Interviews are Awkward lol

Completely up to Canelo, they both are optional for him, neither are some damn "Legacy Fights" Bivol, winner of Beterbiev vs Browne and trying to unify 175 as well are things that can ENHANCE LEGACY! Beating guys who just talked their way into a fight does nothing for Legacy

I mean, Canelo has beaten people easily that he SHOULD have beaten and fought only one who some people thought might beat him (Golovkin). He doesn't have this long list of tough fights where he had to dig deep to win. So, what makes him so special that dictates other champions must "earn" a fight against him?
Title holders in a division Canelo no longer competes in. Neither will fight Benevidez in a weightclass that Canelo does in fact fight in. Shyt, neither is willing to fight Jacobs or even each other. It would be okay if he fought one or both of them but they have done nothing to set themselves apart. The word "Deserves" doesn't apply to either man.
