Both Lara and the 2 GGG fights were extremely controversial. me personally i had Canelo beating Lara for the simple fact that Lara took him to school for 6 rounds(give or take) but the remaining six rounds i have never seen so much cowardice from a fighter so he loses to default. First GGG fight CANELO lost that was as clear as day. I had Canelo in the second fight though. As for Kovalev he was washed but a good win against a name nevertheless. Is it a crime to like them both or we have to choose sides?

It's not even close. When has Canelo ever beaten a great fighter without controversy? Never. Crawford has done it twice now with Postol and Porter and has also dominated many very good fighters.

Postol is far from great bro but Porter is a hard nights work for any fighter but he has lost to 3 other welterweights before Bud got to him. Still Bud closed the show against showtime and that's not easy

Whens the last time you see Canelo get wobbled and dropped by bums? When’s the last times Canelo showed issues in fighting? When’s the last time Canelo was getting whooped by a b level part time fighter? Crawford’s defense sucks that’s why he’s always gettin his head snapped back and hurt he pulls straight back. Canelo is level above Crawford skill wise too.

This is a game people play... and it brings out the cucs when it is played... There are many different types of elite fighters... some fight to the level of their competition, some have bad nights (Lennox Lewis), some become great after finding a mode... Jimmy Young comes to mind, a guy who should have had his hand raised much more and still beat the best in the division at a historical strong point...

Canelo depended on some gift decisions, like the triple G fights, and the Austin Trout fight, not to mention Lara... Do we hold that against him? Jones never needed a gift decision... I mean we can play this game all day.

Great fighters are fighters that find a way to win at the best level of competition... Crawford is in one of the most competative weight classes and has found a way to win (usually big) every time. Canelo has also found a way to analyze and defeat opponents... with a bit of help from the judges now and then.
