I was referring to the casuals….the casuals wouldn’t know who they are.

Ive been watching boxing for 30 years and follow probably more weight classs than you do Rexy Phag

      Andrade.
      Has.
      Never.
      Faced.
      A.
      Good.
      Fighter.

      Period.

What I said stands, apply it to who you were referring to then.

Still not clear at what weight this fight will be at, 190 or 200. At 200 this is a very good fight, at 190, not that good.
Makabu said its not going to be at a catchweight no matter what

(wbc changed CW to 190 though, with Makabus blessing in 2020 & it went into effect I think at last meeting but still not sure (but I'm assuming thats why Canelo decided to go up to CW)

I'd say the rest (Benavidez, Bivol and Andrade) seem more "desperate" for a bigger moment that they haven't created on their own. I feel like they are trying to hitch themselves to Canelo's star more than Charlo or Beterbiev (although I'm sure they'd welcome the payday and opportunity).
            Great post right there.

I didn't even know Boo Boo was fighting....which ain't new.

These guys haven't done nothing and have no leg to stand on demanding a Canelo fight

Atleast Charlo fought people tho even tho he seems to never get any credit... Hell he done more than GGG in the past 5 years.

Yeah, that was a weird statement. Bivol and Beterbiev would be complete unknowns? I guess that means unknown to him. I think real fans knew of them before any talk about Canelo came up. In fact, I can't see how people wouldn't know about them, unless those fans just arrived.

Yeah, I wish Beterbiev fought more often, especially since he's coming up to the top of the hill, and will soon be over it. But, doggone, he's a beast.

Well, that explains it a bit, but it's still a weird statement. As a not-casual, I'm not sure what casuals do and don't know. Now if we're just talking Canelo followers, then, okay, they just follow Canelo (or any one favorite fighter) and don't see anything else. Are there fans like that?

I guess that would be fans of a fighter, rather than fans of boxing.

                    Are you high?

                    GGG 2016-present:
W vs David Lemieux KO 8 (unification fight; reigning IBF 160 champion)
W vs Dominic Wade KO 2
W vs Kell Brook TKO 5 (IBF 147 champ)
W vs Danny Jacobs UD 12 (future IBF 160 champ)
D vs Canelo Alvarez SD 12 (robbery)
W vs Vanes Martirosyan KO 2
L vs Canelo Alvarez MD 12 (robbery)
W vs Steve Rolls KO 4
W vs Sergiy Derevyanchenko UD 12
W vs Kamil Szeremeta KO 7
next fight vs Ryota Murata (unification fight; reigning WBA 160 super champ)

                    Charlo 2016-present
W vs Austin Trout UD 12
W vs Julian Williams KO 5 (future unified 154 champion)
W vs Jorge Sebastian Heiland KO 4
W vs Hugo Centeno KO 2
W vs Matt Korobov UD 12 (robbery)
W vs Brandon Adams UD 12
W vs Dennis Hogan TKO 7
W vs Sergiy Derevyanchenko UD 12
W vs Juan Macias Montiel UD 12

                    That's not even remotely comparable.

                    GGG's last 5 years >>>>>>>>>>> Charlo's whole career

awful fight to watch too. Koelling ran all fight.
First off, thank you for correcting my butchering of Enrico's last name. I kinda had the feeling I was missing a vowel in there. The German ran and covered up and his one goal was to survive (and I don't think he did despite his best efforts). Artur just seemed content to just chase and occasionally batter him. I respect the IBF a little more than the other sanctioning bodies but my goodness can the put some dreadful mandatories out there.
