WBC making up rules by making 190 the new cruiserweight division and selectively enforcing mandatories.

I know it's been 175 to 200 for forever but 25lbs pounds between division is pretty extreme. If they don't do it for Canelo they should just do it for the sport in general. Just my simple opinion. Hell, you can probably squeeze in two more division within that gap.
