Maybe, but you're saying its about Mexican heritage, right? I know the man's Mexican, but I doubt nationalistic solidarity is enough to ensure these guys are getting favoured, and with all due respect, I reckon the users on the site are far too hung up on such.

This guy is one of many boxing parasi... I mean, officials, that would sell their grandma, their kids and their pet tortoise into slavery if it meant high revenue streams. I doubt nationality matters as much as the commercial incentive. Unless you're saying he has a commercial incentive to boost Mexican boxing? Am I missing something: is does he also run some domestic boxing programs that he stands to benefit from?

If they're moving cruiser limit down to 190 as some have mentioned then he's got to find an extra 15.5 lbs from somewhere (weight in 174.5 lbs vs Kovalev) and then how much extra goes on over night? Possibly not as much as Makabu.
