I think he controls this one just as easy though tbh.

if he does, then obviously this will be another easy win for Canelo...I don't think it necessarily plays out that way though.

Abel Sanchez said the best sparring word GGG EVER had was a 16 year old Benavidez. If his talent and attributes are not clear then you must be literally brain dead. He is physically huge, blazing hand speed with very good power. Throws big combinations with creativity mixing up heavy body and head work like barely anyone in the sport. Nasty jab. Heavy pressure fighter with a vicious mentality, and great cardio which lets him throw twice as many punches per round as Canelo. Destroyed every opponent thats ever stepped into the ring with him with 88% stoppage rate.

Any pro fighter that is asked about him says he is a very tough fight for Canelo, yet you still have idiots on forums saying 'lol easy fight for canelo, whats so good about him'?

Benavidez doesn't back up like the bigger fighters Canelo fought...not a very good comparison. He has much longer arms than Canelo and punches hard and fast with high volume. He's still young and still developing. Even GGG did not use his power against Canelo, I think Benavidez will and make it a hard fight for him and if Canelo waits too long to fight him time will be on Benavidez's side. I think Benavidez is just starting to come around, and the best is yet to come from him. He's a diamond in the rough, just like Canelo was when he fought Mayweather. Make no mistake about this guy...he rates. I think his father should look at bringing in someone in who can broaden and refine David's style a bit (and a nutritionist). Sometimes the father/son dynamic can be a little stifling.

Canelo hasn’t even fought him yet and here we go destroying his future opponent.

Canelo is going to fight this guy everyone has been calling a monster….which will then be transformed into a bum post Canelo fight.

                    Canelo can’t win.
