Canelo is a no hoper? He beat him and drew the 2nd

GGG is an absolute weapon , he was just born into a less marketable demographic so its hard to get the judges but as a pure spartan warrior he has no need for the lenient drug bans

GGG 1st spent too much time as an amateur. Then he spent too much time in a dead div. 2 terrible career choices. This is why Nelo is the p4p king and money man and GGG is chasing him.

Props to Canelo for moving up with scientific nutritional enhancement but I can't diss a champion for staying at the weight he naturally belongs at. Its up to others to dethrone him.
Yes, and Alvarez did that. Canelo doesn't really need the $$$ and I'm not convinced that a third Golovkin fight - and giving golovkin his biggest retirement payoff - particularly appeals to him. If that's the best Hearn has to offer then canelo is probably going to pbc.

Had ggg not looked like trash vs sergey id agree wit hearn simply cause 160-168 prime canelo looks unstoppable except vs ggg to many fans its 1-1 first fight was by far a canelo loss 2nd fight a toss up. Biggest fight for nelo would be beterbiev not many ppl think canelo can beat em. Especially knowing his size style chin n he hits like bricks just like ggg n lastly 175 canelo is unproven .

Unless Golovkin looks spectacular in his next outing then I don't see the point .Canelo has found his ideal weight at super middle and would now have advantages of age and weight .Golovkin would still be there but a faded version would not do himself justice.

Nelo going places GGG wouldn't dare.

Canelo isn't going to fight this guy again. He'd want G to move up to SMW, because I have a feeling dropping to MW was far too difficult for him in the past w/out Clenbuterol aiding fat burning. The lack of 'cycling' and weight loss regime probably just two of the reasons we seem him fighting so regularly now (alongside promoter obfuscation). But I doubt G will move up without a better piece of the financial pot.

Added to the fact that Canelo won last time, (even if there's disagreement on this) and I reckon he's made the calculation that there is little harm to his reputation in the form of 'unanswered questions' and maybe not quite enough of a portion of a cash pot, already reduced by the fact he's faced GGG twice, to warrant the risk of (1) getting popped again, (2) just generally enduring the weight drain's impact on body and performance and (3) facing a guy he hasn't looked completely invincible against. And I reckon his calculation is entirely right.

Though I'd watch endless sequels to this contest, if I was him, I'd probably also just stay at a comfortable weight and make up the shortfall in any lost revenue (which I can't believe will be so substantial to weep profusely about) by fighting a hell of a lot to keep the momentum going.

In summary, he sadly doesn't need Golovkin.

Canelo-Benavidez would be even more exciting than Canelo-GGG 3.

Of course Eddie wants the fights where he's involved as a promoter and making more money, so he pushes GGG and Andrade.
