who has he beat thats worth a damn? they are even charging 20 pounds for this crap in UK and talking about it as if its some legitimate fight. HE HAS FOUGHT ABSOLUTELY NOONE. Also can someone explain to me the logic of the 'pound for pound number 1' being someone who fights in the worst division in boxing? These guys hes fighting are simply not very goodl, not a surprise hes looking like superman up at that division some of the efforts them opponents put up against him were a god damn disgrace, kovalev, saunders, smith all turned up for a paycheque, nothing more and nothing less, no real gameplan or will to win just happy to be there. Youve got fighters like usyk clearing out a division then taking 3 belts off heavy weight champ as underdog being rated below some guy hiding in some crap division and going up or down depending on whether theres a vulnerable opponent there, you can bet that if beterbiev looks sloppy in next couple of fights and starts to slow down canelo will be up to LHW. Knowledgable posters know hes conning the fans but guess a lot of casuals are impressed with it , guess the names hes beat look great on paper but 99 percent of them were either controversial decisions or fighter was way past their best or both.
plant is not a good opponent at all

Its not always about who you have fought everyone is an unknown at some point but I agree with the rest of what you have put. As good as he is his resume is a bit smoke n' mirrors.
Plant is very skilled and athletic and while his resume is miserable he has ticked all the right boxes and those guys are more than good enough imo to get a good grasp on how good he potentially is. -
Who’s Golovkin last 4 opponents had fought? That’s right Golovkin would have fought 4 straight bums since losing to Canelo.who has he beat thats worth a damn? they are even charging 20 pounds for this crap in UK and talking about it as if its some legitimate fight. Murata is a bum who lost to N’dam. Whom Callum Smoth ktfo in 3 rounds.

It's well known that Murata should have beat Ndam. It was so bad that TWO judges got suspended. He then went on to stop Hassan in the rematch, way before Smith stopped him.Comment

This fight is just a classic case of a boxer being underrated when really we should all easily be able to see him at least potentially giving Canelo fits with his speed, length, ring IQ and very well schooled fundamentals and another in Canelo and while he is P4P is being overrated in the sense he is beatable, he isn't this crazy one punch knockout artist he's made out to be, he does have flaws. I've seen so many bodyshot predictions also and while it could potentially happen when was the last time he put someone down with a bodyshot? Was is all the way back when he fought Smith? Not Callum, the other one he fought years back.
Jacobs who didn't even wake up until near enough mid-point in the fight took 5 rounds off him. A washed up Kovalev who was just flicking out some pathetic jab took just as many until his glass jaw got checked. If those guys can take 5 rounds off why can't a better boxer who is a lot faster, sharper, more athletic and actually coming too win?
A guy who unlike those don't give a **** about Canelo, his aura or fans opinions. Unlike those guys he isn't going in thinking he has lost already.
Plant is going to surprise a lot of people. This guy can ****ing box and seems to have a great mindset.

Fielding was the last guy, even though he took a knee and smiled like he was getting ****ing knighted by the queen. Before that you have the Smith brother then I don't even know how far back you have to go and how many divisions south.
Don't get me wrong he can punch and is a good bodypuncher but it just sounds like a bit of cliché at this point.Comment

Yeah Canelo is definitely a great body puncher, I just never viewed him as a devastating one. It's just become one of those predictions people love to make so for the off chance it happens, they'll say I told you so and claim they know better than the rest of us.Comment

He’s an undefeated champion with the only belt Canelo doesn’t hold at 168. How can you complain about the logic of this matchmaking?Comment
