It already came out that the reason why this fight took long to materialize was because Devin Pillow fists chinney insisted and cried for a rematch clause in the contract

Really, because I read it was because Jo Jo wanted more money, on the level he would've made fighting KingRy!

D Haney is so boring ! Shakur was like this till his last fight and he impressed me and turned into a fan friendly fighter ! Haney needs to learn from that and at least try to fight . He boxes to survive ! He’ll never be a star fighting like he does ! He makes u fall sleep

So are the Haney Fans going to criticize Haney for only allowing his opponent to have 4 week's notice? Because they sure criticize Canelo when he gives his opponents 7 to 8 weeks..... Point being this is the norm now in boxing and fighters are already usually in the gym when negotiations are going on, so there's no reason for the hate unless you're just a hater.

Does Haney get credit here or will Diaz be written off as being too small?

It's a good fight. Diaz may not have the heaviest of hands but he's a tough and sound pressure fighter. He gave GRJ some competitive rounds and landed his share in that fight and he has wins over other slick and awkward opponents.

I expect him to push Haney hard and think it will be a close fight.

He's known and had months to prepare but nice to see you have the excuses lined up. Keep them coming guys!

Devin should be applauded. On a site that likes to talk about who's ducking who, here's a kid that wants all the fights. Regardless of what you think of his skills, he'll take any fight. Let's give him credit.
