I think Boots is an incredibly gifted fighter, especially his offensive arsenal and skills but he has some bad habits defensively and has been hit clean enough times that I wonder what's going to happen when he fights that next level opponent who can crack hard.

Yea, like Teofimo, taking a year to fight somebody that nobody really wants to see (relative to other potential opponents). I'd prefer the real one who does it, not just sitting around as a youtube guest flapping gums about fighters and lunching.

Ennis admitted to getting buzzed when he went for the kill. Seemed a little embarrassed by it. One or two more fights against someone who can go rounds and he’s ready for sure. Is he ready now? I’m less sure.

I’m not saying hold Ennis off for years, I’m just saying have 2 or 3 more fights, give him more world level experience before putting him in with the truly world class guys at 147.
Him and Benn would be a fun fight. Winner gets Avanesyan

I think he’d absolutely wipe the floor with Benn. It would be a demolition job.

He would knock Crawford out right now.

I hear you but Ennis does not have the luxury of a Al or Top Rank building him up to championship level: Ennis is not a PBC fighter. Despite the hype, imagine what it would be if he was signed to Al: probably '15-'16 Spence fever pitch.
