So he beats the guy that put Margarito to sleep and in the process takes the shots that planked Margarito but he is scared lol scared is in your little boy brain not in a pro fighter that beat everyone, sheeese do you realize how dumb you come off, this place is like romper room day care center.

So basically you're saying if Floyd had beaten Kell Brook and become Undisputed you would've been impressed?

With four major sanctioning bodies; Becoming undisputed was almost an insurmountable feat to achieve. Back in the 1960s and 1970s it was a lot easier then because there were only two major sanctioning bodies such as the WBA and the WBC. Besides, Mayweather didn't want to pay all of those sanctioning fees anyhow. Which is why he always stuck with the WBC..
just the facts just the facts likes this.

Because his contemporary Manny wasn't either. Let it rest. He was the best between the 2 when they met. It was always about his reach 72'' vs Manny T-Rex arms and ability to control distance and place shots when Manny jumped in. If he had Marquez PacMan pellets, you probably would have KO'ed Manny on a counter. Any time frame he would have won a one-off.

Apart from Baldomir and Manny, can any of those names beat Brook?

Mayweather at 147 was actually the most vulnerable Mayweather. Why didn’t he become undisputed in the lower weight classes he fought in?

That’s in yer head. If Floyd believed that - he would’ve fought him.

Funny how Floyd was quick to fight Ricky Hatton but never went near Khan and Brook. Not saying they would beat him but he did see the risk involved.

Just like all great fighters, becoming undisputed revolves around timing and promotion ties. Any other answer is just fanboy bu!!shyte.

Mayweather ducked everyone with a style that would give him problems. The cherry picking almost went wrong against Castillo, Zab Judah and Maidana but he survived. However, one thing I’ll give him credit is his ability to perform better in rematches.

Imagine a Mayweather who wanted to emulate Ali by fighting everyone and fighting outside Vegas - what would his record look like? I’d say there will be 3 losses on his record.

So when talking about top-3 GOATs in boxing - always mention these 3 before debating if Mayweather belongs in the top-10 or not (I have him 9 on my list): Ali, Ray Robinson, Ray Leonard.
Because you don't need to be. Nobody cares about that shlt. People care about x fighting x. Too many belts held by non-champion calibre type of fighters.

Tell me who he cherry picked and I'll destroy all of your points. There was no cherry picking in his career at all. He went after Oscar and Shane years before it happened and nobody said Shane was shot when he was wrechkingThere were obstacles he couldn't overcome to make those fights. Only legitimate threat Mayweather dodged was Paul Williams. Everyone else got theirs when it could be made. Manny didn't want the fight and there are a truck loads of sources to prove it.

Shane Mosley turned pro in 93' ---> Floyd turned pro in 96' hardly a big difference there.

Shane destroyed Margarito in the fight before Floyd.

In the fight before Margarito, Shane destroyed Mayorga.

Zero argument that Shane was too old by the time Floyd whooped that arse.

Oscar was widely acknowledged past it when he fought Mayweather everyone knows that.
Mayweather was sly and cherry picked, he avoided Paul Williams and waited until Pac lost a little fire, he weight bullied Marquez.

He will never belong with the ultimate greats because boxing is primal about seeking the greatest challenges and overcoming

Canelo may or may not be on gear but he will overtake Mayweather because he seeks out the best without any bull****
