Thats easy because after he beat Hatton he ducked out of the division for two years when all of those guys were in their prime and calling him out. Cotto, Margarito, Paul Williams, Shane, Manny was on the rise. All of those guys were calling Floyd out and he came back to cherrypick a lightweight in Marquez while all of those guys became shopworn versions by the time Floyd was confident enough to get in the ring.

There’s no correlation whatsoever.

Whyte vs Fury and Usyk vs Fury are 50/50 fights to anyone who understands boxing. Fury is always open to get sparked by left hook based on how he fights and Whyte has the most devastating left hook in the division. I’ll even favour Usyk over Fury for obvious reasons: Wallin and Cunningham. Usyk is bigger, has better foot speed and is more skilled than Cunningham. And he’s a superior southpaw compared to Wallin.
