This does not allow us to gauge the rest of the crop vs them.
Formella completely outboxes Jeff Horn. Completely.

Amir Khan? Formella stops the version that Crawford fought. Remember, that version was almost killed by Canelo, as....

Kell Brook - Formella has a tough time and loses that one, but makes Brook look really bad in the process, because he was almost destroyed by Golovkin.

    Kavaliauskas beats Formella.

Jose Benavidez gets outboxed due to Benavidez's bum knee affecting movement.

So I'll give you Kavaliauskas and Brook. But Porter beats all five of them, as far as the versions Crawford fought.

I would give Porter the nod currently against them all also, but still disagree about Formella. I'm not sure what you have seen in him that makes you think he does well against a live body, I just don't see it. Porter seriously looked like he was hitting the bag. Everything landed and he didn't have to brawl.

Formella was landing at will on Shawn, he simply didn't have the power. Go back and watch it again.

Meanwhile even Conor Benn, the knockout artist, couldn't even drop Formella.

Formella is a more durable, more active version of Chris Algieri. And we saw what Algieri did to a fresher version of Khan, he damn near won that fight.

algieri did win that fight. that was a horrible decision. algeiri was landing all the solid clean shots but they wanted khan to get ko'd brutally again so boxing did what it does

crawford knew what he was doing when he resigned with Arum a few years ago last time his contract was up. He could have fought Pac, Spence and Thurman for more money than he was making fighting lithiuanian cab drivers with arum. He WANTED to fight bums. I dont want to hear him pretending like hes wanted to fight thurman.

If crawford grew a pair and fought and beat all those guys it would have made him the clear next lineal at welterweight, made him more money and added to his legacy. But he stuck fighting bums, fighting shot kell brook after both sides of his face have been broken and acting like that win meant anything at that point.

I'm referring to him saying "young and exciting guys..." Just say their names! We know who the guys are that fans want to see him fight! Jaron Ennis, Vergil Ortiz Jr.! Keith Thurman is not a champion, but he brought him up! He wanted Danny Garcia, when he was not a champion! Calling them "prospects" at this point is disrespectful too! They're "Contenders" now!
