Why are people pumping Vergil Ortiz like he's the second coming? The guy is okay but whatever...we are on NSB. And what has Ennis proven thus far? Nothing yet but he's likely going to be a problem in a year or two. None of these guys are ready for Crawford but yall hate Bud so much.

      Relax...

Keith drives a Prius for ****s sake....I doubt he's out here blowing through cash when he knows he's injured without a fight in the talks.

      Stop counting his pockets.

Thurman? No one cares about Thurman anymore, The biggest fight out there for Crawford obviously other than Spence is Ortiz, Followed by Ennis. Man, is Crawford already laying out the ground work for his next fight if he beats Porter?

Nope - but we are not invested in him like you are which blinds you to the boxing feriss wheel. If you got it then you get to sit in the feriss wheel all the way to the top - then, even as you are at the top you are a minute away from starting the downward journey.

Even Bud recognizes that Ennis and Ortiz are where Spence was 5 years ago, where Thurman and Brook were 7 years ago. Young lions ascending the feriss wheel.

Thurman is the old injured lion that isn't even on the competition wheel 'til he proves otherwise in a comeback fight.

I've actually forgotten Thurman was an option. I think it would be a good fight for both of them...

Obviously the money fights are Spence, Thurman and Danny with everyone else are in a very distant 2nd.

Ugas at least has a belt and still he's treated like a 2nd class citizen because he's not a draw.

None of the top guys want to fight him for less than 10 million and you can't blame them, Crawford is just too dangerous.

The name of the game is not skill in this post Mayweather era it's money, it's all about the money.

Ennis is still a relative unknown, although better skilled than Ortiz IMO. Ortiz on the other hand is far better promoted and for that reason Ortiz is in a excellent position to get a fight with a top dog. Again, it's about money, not skill, fighters on the down side have a name with value and on the down side they present a manageable risk vs reward. When Bud starts to miss a step everyone will start offering him contracts instead of the other way around.

As for Keith, Keith Thurman is a name today, a known commodity with PPV value, it's just that as simple...

Crawford’s problem is he can’t sell out high school gyms in Omaha, NE.
Top fighters that have options don’t see the point in fighting him for short money when they can make more with other fighters.
