Maybe and maybe not but Whyte is hurt so it doesn't matter, the fight is off. In the interim, if Whyte gets a shot to fight a bigger fight he will likely take it, simple as that.

Imagine Crawford threatening Errol when he chose the Manny lotto or Benvedeze when Plant chose Canelo or anyone when Saunders got his shot?

The answer is NO and not because they are happy but because EVERY fighter and fan on the planet understand that when you get that opportunity you take it or lose it.

News flash to the entitled cry baby and his team of enablers...Dilian Whyte...n-e-e-d-s....to do the right thing for Dilian Whyte.

He ran from signed contract to fight AJ for millions of pounds, so he could fight midget rivas for peanuts .

I think the point was the Fury fight itself and being in it not risking a loss . I believe after Fury won it did actually change Whytes position and feels he should just head into Fury and had guys talking in his ear about a potential loss to Wallin but Whyte is his own manager,it has little to do with Hearn making decisions,it’s just continuing ignorance on the forum .

Whyte has done actual the opposite of what Hearn has advised him so far for the most part which cost him 2 title fights so far ,one with A.J and his loss to Povetkin leading to the WBC belt holder ..

I understand all of that. However, it was signed for the date specified in the contract which was Oct 30th but now that date has been canceled due to Whyte's shoulder injury. Besides, it wasn't a mandatory challenge anyhow; Like the Wilder/Fury mandatory rematch clause. It was an optional/voluntary defense. Therefore, Matchroom Boxing has the option of rescheduling the bout or not rescheduling it at all; if they so choose. It's left entirely up to team Whyte.

Stop all the squabbling. The fact is, again the fight fans are the real losers here. It was a very good matchup.

Fury will easily dispatch Whyte if he takes him as seriously as he did Wilder. There is nothing to look forward to with a Fury and Whyte match. The silver lining is it will quickly remove Whyte from the rankings so we can see Fury fight someone who has something to bring like Ruiz or Joshua.
