Is Wilder still the biggest puncher in history?

The guy made Fury look like he has a granite chin because he connected almost 20 times and Fury still beat him to a pulp, didn't look like he was in a fight after the sloppy brawl and went clubbing after that.

Biggest puncher in history they said.

If you think any of the decent contenders won't beat Wilder to a pulp - you're on yer own.

Tough to say if he's the biggest in history. He still packs a bomb in that right hand. I would still say he's top 3-5 easily.

Fury just had his number. The right hand in the 4th still sparks 90% of the heavyweight division.

Top-5 power would've busted Fury's face up with the number of times he connected in that fight.

Top-5 power against cans and PBC bums for sure. But against decent boxers, he doesn't even hit as hard as AJ.

No it won't - it will only spark bums.

Fury doesn't have the best chin out there.

I’m wondering if adding the mass and weight lifting is taking some power off of his shots. He should of stayed closer to 220.

Disagree. Before facing Wilder's power, how many times had Fury hit the canvas? Once against Cunningham?

Very valid points. Can't argue that at all.

Pajkic scored a KD against him as well. And Wallin busted his face up. McDermott, Chisora 1 and Hammer were tough fights for Fury as well.

Apart from McDermott, none of these guys landed on Fury the way Wilder did, yet he looked worse after those fights.

And the Wilder KD was more of a gassed Fury who was hurt a bit and not because he got chin checked.

Fair points I supppose, but I think Fury has a better chin than you are giving him credit for. Just because Fury beat him, it doesn't mean Wilder's power isn't real. The first right hand in the 4th was the same kind of punch that sparked all those bums he beat. And just because they're bums in terms of boxing skill, they can't all have had bad chins. Lots of top heavyweights could (and do) fight people of the calibre Wilder was knocking over, and wouldn't get close to the number of KO's he has. I'm not a big fan of discrediting the opponent just because you don't like the winner.
