To be fair he didn’t give a great account of himself. He showed a lot of heart, a lot of power and that he can take a punch. He also showed poor skills, poor stamina and that he had t really learnt that much from the last fight. Plus poor sportsman ship at the end

Why was Loma considered #1 P4P before the Teofimo fight if he lost to Salido, a dude with double digits losses? The eye test, that's why. People that know and understand boxing know that wilder's concussive power could overtake possibly every other HW that's not named Tyson Fury. Tyson has the perfect balance of size, boxing skills, power and balls to overcome wilder.

I'd agree if Fury was fighting decent fighters week in and week out but he's not and there has to be a reason for that. Switching up the gloves was always a risk.

Just as I had predicted. The dumbass decided to switch to a less protective glove at the last minute, which only provides less protection to his hands, not more concussive power. He can only blame himself for his bad decision making. He knew why he switched gloves a long time ago. Because his hands can't handle punching as hard as he does. This better not be an excuse for why he lost. It was his own fault.

I don't think any glove is going to make the difference with the way he throws punches. It's the awkward angles and the way he throws punches that lead to him breaking his hand/arm all the time, this is nothing new. This isn't something from sustained punching it's something that probably happened on a couple particular punches he threw that landed awkwardly or on top of Fury's head.
