im sure after usyk vs joshua one of these will need to defend.

i just dont know how wilder can be made mandatory after losing 2 times in row
that’s the obvious question. How does Wilder, who has been stopped in his last 2, not have to mix in a win before another title shot?

Which opens an intriguing question: what if the fight gets mandated and Wilder beats Usyk for the belts?

The world would be forced to see a fourth fight.

So I guess lots of people on here had better hope that Wilder retires and/or the orgs refuse to mandate him.
Yea because he’s going to beat Usyk and then FINALLY beat Fury in a forth fight.

A forth Fury fight WILL NEVER happen.

You Beyoncé Wilder fanboys are in morning and in denial that he took a severe beat down and hoping for a miraculous return.

Beyonce Wilder got ruined last night.

Yup, he'll be behind in the queue right now, he'll have to fight and win another couple of fights at least against other top contenders to be a mandatory challenger I think.

This wont happen for a while.

Usyk-AJ contractually required next spring. Then winner will want to fight Fury.

Wilder is frozen out until 2023. Usyk would have to beat AJ and Fury and also not have a rematch clause with fury.

Usyk said he would fight Wilder if he beat fury. Wilder missed his chance when he lost to fury.

You guys spent months with fantasy talk 'Breland spiked the water and egg weight gloves so when Wilder wins the rematch and Scott is trainer of the year..." and within hours of a one-sided beatdown the talk is already about him becoming mandatory, beating Usyk and fighting Fury again. A fanbase as delusional as the fighter. There's never a moment where reality sets in it's just instantly on to the next fantasy.

Seems misleading to post an interview from the before the fight with Wilder talking about what he'd do if he beat Fury, as if it reflects what he's saying now after defeat.

WIlder needs to settle down and let his brain heal. he should see how the Usyk-AJ rematch unfolds and go after the loser of that fight. If he's lucky, it will be AJ and he gets to have a giant payday for a fight he has a high chance of winning.

You're correct, f@g. And it's actually the best thing for Wilder right now to have a very long time off after last night. He should have a tune-up against a can he can windmill out of the ring before he takes a big fight in 2023.

If I was Usyk I would take this fight in a heartbeat.

Wilder turns 36 later this month. I see him taking a long break, watching Usyk/Joshua 2 and Fury/Whyte happen early next year, watching the winners fight each other a couple of times after that, and then maybe at 37-38 he comes back and gives it one last go vs. the undisputed champ.
