This idiot doesn't even understand he didn't knock out Fury either. And really lost both fights not just one. I'd love to see Usyk toy with him. I mean it would be ****in hilarious to watch. I give Wilder 3 or 4 rounds before he gets caught with a 4 punch combo and goes nigh nigh.

Fury did get wilder outta there. Fights are 12 rounds, but this fight was only 7 rounds, so fury didn't work overtime that's for sure.Comment

Who does the recognising? And even if I were to accept that and check my brains at the door, this statement comes with the lies of “the man who beat the man who beat the man going back to Sullivan”…..you lot can polish a turd as much as you want it’s still a lump of bullshytComment

All it is is bragging rights. It's not a tangible award just merely an accomplishment that some hold to a higher standard than watered down belts. Regardless of what AJ and Wilder accomplished during Fury's absence neither beat him to earn the right to be considered the best.Comment

If Breland didn't throw in the towel, Kenny Bayless would've stepped in, if Bayless didn't step in, Wilder is KTFO before the final bell.Comment

He's trying his best to rationalize one of the most devastating/humiliating defeats in recent history any way he can, sure. But considering all the trash talking he's previously done, nobody cares what he has to say at this point, just like Broner.Comment

Maybe.
Look, Wilder's crap. You don't need to convince me of that. He also spouts a load of old bollocks.
But he has a point doesn't he? Fury burst his eardrum in round 3. He was wobbling around the ring, unbalanced, falling over and every slight punch looked like his brain was going to fall out of his head.
And Fury still couldn't really nail him. No big fight ending shot, no sustained pressure that forced the referee to step in. It was Wilder's corner making the decision (I believe correctly) that he was medically incapable of winning that fight.
Which tells me that Fury isn't the big punching destroyer he's claiming. And that without the eardrum (which very clearly went) you can expect Wilder to be there for quite a few rounds with some chance of landing his shot.
Fury is favourite for good reason... but it's not a sure thing against Wilder.
That aside, he was repeatedly visiting the canvas and had he shipped punishment for another round or two he could have been finished for good, Fury is not a one punch KO artist but he has 21 KO’s on his record, he’s not feather fisted, besides he doesn’t need to be a hard puncher because Wilders chin is a bit suspect.

He got punched in the ear, went down, blood poured from his ear, and he immediately lost all balance. At the bell he was stumbling and tripping on his own toes. After the fight they claimed he didn't go to hospital but just missed the press conference.
Come on, it's nonsense, his eardrum was clearly busted. He wouldn't admit it because it justified Breland's throwing of the towel, but surely everyone knows what actually happened.Comment
