“No, that’s a stoppage because of a weak individual in my team"

that's outrageous. Damn near saved his life

Over the years many fighters have been stopped from getting too hurt by refs or cornermen as they are too brave for their own good. This is the first time I've heard someone twist logic like this to this level. To convince themselves they were winners almost?
Wilder could say he thinks stopped a bit early but that's most he could say in reality. But a loss is a loss did wilder want to go 12 rounds and lose so badly? Lamotta said to srr you didn't knock me down so at least lamotta could gloat about that. Whereas wilder was stumbling to canvas like a drink after every exchange wasn't a good look

This guy hasn't learned anything, his level of delusion is Incredible.

You know how Amir Khan just couldn't be taught anything because of his low IQ and arrogance, you'll see the same thing on Saturday night here.

It’s shocking that Wilder doesn’t remember his last fight.

It’s real simple, Rocky was the lineal champion who himself has wasn’t the real lineal champion since gene Tunney retired as champion. The whole “lineal” title is a made up farce. It’s Mickey Mouse. As we say in Salford, porky pies. It doesn’t exist. I have heard fury claim he is the champion going back to Sullivan and that’s just a bold faced lie. I dont care who recognises who, it’s a made up non existent trinket

Yea it was right to stop it at the point you got heart/guts fot took that beating n want more but brains def got not much of. Wildert relys 3 things god gift only height n reach, footspeed/ athletism n thor like hammer for a right, none has iq to it just genetic lottery. Showed no improvement either ortiz fight which was getting schooled til caught em likewise fury. Made multi excuses instead 1-2 or even i was off tonight excuse. Unless wilder been marine drilling basics these 2 yrs then fury wins again. Sure all wilder has to do is land but cant land what cant hit. Showed no inside game as well not even uppercut .

Look, Wilder's crap. You don't need to convince me of that. He also spouts a load of old bollocks.

But he has a point doesn't he? Fury burst his eardrum in round 3. He was wobbling around the ring, unbalanced, falling over and every slight punch looked like his brain was going to fall out of his head.

And Fury still couldn't really nail him. No big fight ending shot, no sustained pressure that forced the referee to step in. It was Wilder's corner making the decision (I believe correctly) that he was medically incapable of winning that fight.

Which tells me that Fury isn't the big punching destroyer he's claiming. And that without the eardrum (which very clearly went) you can expect Wilder to be there for quite a few rounds with some chance of landing his shot.

Fury is favourite for good reason... but it's not a sure thing against Wilder.
Actually Kenny Bayless said he would have stopped the fight in the same second as the towel came in, if it hadn't come in.

The towel was thrown in from Wilder's corner to concede the fight in the seventh round and Bayless has now revealed he was close to stopping it himself before it reached that point.

Damn I've been short changed from the 2nd fight. It was my understanding that Fury got him out of there, I didn't know it actually went 12.
