Floyd Patterson, Ken Norton, Ron Lyle and Jimmy Young were in his era. But somehow he never fought them. And you think he’s not overrated?
Joe frazier ducked floyd patterson? That's a new one. Show me some proof. By the time joe was active Patterson was already old.

Norton and joe never wanted to fight because they were friends. Ron lyle and jimmy young? Really? They were just contenders. Have they ever won a title?

Patterson somehow fought Ali in 1972 but was too old for Frazier.

Ali and Holmes were friends but that didn’t stop them from fighting.

Ron Lyle and Jimmy Young were better than most of his resume. What about Shavers? He was too young for him?

Ali fought and beat all these people and the bums on Frazier’s padded resume.

        What year did that happen?

Literally word for word what I said

Liston would have been a better example, there were rumblings of that fight but Frazier's team weren't too keen.

So you're just lumping fighters who didn't fight in together and claiming Frazier ducked them. Weird.

Do you have any actual reasoning as to when and how Frazier ducked these fighters?

For example Earnie Shavers, you have a point, Frazier was open about not wanting that fight.

You're claiming Frazier ducked Ken Norton for example which is just flat out not true and I'd have thought anyone who knows anything about that era of Heavyweight Boxing would know that.

This clown that’s still claiming Al Haymon is an “advisor” and not a promoter in 2021 is back again with his idiotic take.

Patterson retired in 1972 after fighting Ali. But somehow Frazier who turned pro in 1965 didn’t fight him.

Then again he never fought Shavers, Norton, Lyle, and Young.

Weren't you saying Floyd fought under PBC? When did you start watching boxing son, 2019?

Why don't you just explain when, and how Frazier ducked Patterson and Norton instead of pulling it out of thin air.

Explain when these things were supposed to have happened or shut the fuck up.

                    My post is still there - I said Haymon/PBC. That’s self-explanatory.

So an event promoter who left events for boxing is an “advisor”, no?

I guess you’re one of those Al bum boys and you’ll deny the obvious if it were to be tattooed on yer face. Hell yeah, Mayweather was a free agent with Al Haymon the “advisor” as his hang bag and a TV deal with Showtime. The first free agent in history who was tied to a TV deal and a handbag as “advisor’ but the handbag was in charge of deals for his fights.

Patterson retired in 1972 but somehow a Frazier who turned pro in 1965 didn’t fight him. But somehow Ali and a host of others fought him.

Frazier also somehow missed fighting Norton, Shavers, Lyle and Young who’re his era.

Frazier might actually be as overrated as Wilder tbh. if he hadn’t beaten Ali - I doubt anyone would remember him tbh.

De La Hoya is the most overrated in history. Beat some has beens and lost every big fight against someone in their prime. Oscar lost to Strum and Ike as well.
