Don't say things if you can't back them up, man. It's not a good look.
      Okay. Thanks for the advice.

        Ah, the eyeball test.

That's a criteria people are entitled to use if they want. It just isn't as good as having an an actual, real life resume to point to.

          You're welcome.
          I hear that.

Trouble is people nowadays tend to weigh wins and losses to suit an argument, ie Spence's win over Brook means everything while Crawford's means nothing when truthfully they both fought a broken fighter (yes, he had more in the tank when he fought Spence but no one coming down two weight classes with a broken face can be described as "prime").

Eye test gets sneered at but evaluating skills and styles and picking a winner is all part of the fun, even if I get it wrong from time to time.
Hearns (one of my all time favourites) has a better resume than Barkley but he couldn't beat him in a month of Sundays.

The difference between spences win over Brook is that Spences was more impressive because of the way he broke him down with pure physicality a piston jab and brutal body work. Crawford’s win he was just kinda floating around on a fighter who looked like he didn’t want to be there he lost rounds and landed a one punch KO. A more skilled fighter lets say brook 5/6 years ago would not have been hit with that shot. Just my opinion

              ....

Errol Spence has wins over Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Mikey Garcia and PRIME Kell Brook - all four of those were considered Top 5 welterweights when Spence fought them.

Crawford got two-pieced, wobbled and dropped by Kavaliauskas. Spence has never been dropped, never been near dropped.

Crawford got his eye closed and lost EVERY round from the ghost of Kell Brook after draining him and forcing him to come across the pond instead of fighting him on his home turf. Spence has never lost more than 6 rounds in any fight.

Crawford was so weak he couldn't spark the chin of alleged glass jaw Amir Khan, damaged from almost being killed in the ring by Canelo and wrecked by Sammy Vargas, so he had to resort to a BLATANT low blow to get him out of there. Spence has never knocked someone out from a low blow.

Crawford whiffed punches on Jeff Horn to get the ref to trigger stop it. Spence has had nothing but clear, indisputable stoppages.

Crawford was completely outboxed by a one-legged Jose Benavidez. Spence has never fought a cripple. Everyone he's fought was at the top of their game, prime and undamaged.

You see what you want to see, bro. Aggression. That's all.

That's cool - he's finally fighting someone who's more aggressive than him, and as Kavaliauskas showed us, Crawford tends to lose his temper in firefights but doesn't have actual knockout power. Spence has knockout power and even he couldn't stop Shawn Porter from still coming after him. Kavaliauskas even told Vergil Ortiz that Crawford has no power.

So, I don't know what else to tell you. Crawford hasn't shown you anything for 5 years. You're still hanging off OLD Crawford - 135 Crawford, 140 Crawford. That guy is GONE. 147 Crawford has a good chance of experiencing his Michael Spinks moment against mini-Tyson.

This right here is a lying mofo.

He has NEVER tried to get a fight done, that's why it took so long, and second, after you failed to secure Manny, you were talking about Taylor, Avenesyan, and moving to 168. On DAZN you straight up said you were not thinking about fighting Porter.

WBO forced you (finally) to fight this man and stop lowballing him to duck him. That's what happened.
Arum never tried to get the fight done, that's not Crawflords fault, cant blame TC for what Arum didn't do on the promotion side of securing fights, TC is the fighter not the promotor.

The "eye" test, resumes and performances are all just tools for us to predict what we will think happen if two fighters get in the ring. They are tools but they don't tell the future.

Problem is that you have alot of posters who speak it likes it's gospel (when it's not) to prove the truth of their belief. And that's all it is, a belief. An opinion. Telling me you're guy is going to win is like telling me Tyson beats Liston.

Until we get the two fighters in the ring, we can only say what we think will happen or who we think is better.

Porter's style is straight garbage. Sure he has a chin to last 12 rounds to get knocked down but not knocked out, and he can keep coming forward throwing random punches with his eyes closed, but eww who cares. If Crawford is at least in top 5 p4p this should be a walk in the park for him. Porter sucks. Lasting 12 round against better fights doesn't mean your good just means your annoying and move too much. Wake me up when Crawford fights someone in top ten p4p or at the very least a fuxking current champion.......
