You know he lost that fight in a big way. But you lot have no honour or integrity. You're just mouthy frauds who need a good slap. I'm embarrassed for you.Comment

Dunn, he isn't good enough to beat all those fighters. He's never looked like having the potential to do so. That's why i said it's crazy to ever think he'd be getting anywhere near close to being anywhere near the HOF. Not once has he looked likely. Even less so now.Comment

I know he knocked him out you doughnut. But he was moving on the backfoot all night like Conceicao did against him. So Valdez is basically saying he shouldn't have deserved the decision had he not knocked him out. Which would be deranged because even without the KD's and the KO, he dominated. Conceicao did the same, just without any KD's and a KO.

But yes of course I get your point. I’m just saying if he missed weight he would have paid a fine and then the fight would have gone on anyway most likely. Yes the belt would have been vacated still. So I understand that. I just think him making weight is better than the alternative. It’s also prize fighting and everything is negotiable almost. Hell Two judges with the same score usually disagree on a lot of rounds but it’s sold as them seeing the same fight. It’s a cancel culture world out there now. Imagine fights being even harder to make then they are now? This sport will be taken away from us eventually. Plug the latest politics into this sport and no fights will ever be made. Neutral ground fights by law. A female fight for every male fight on a card. Then representation issues. Equal pay. Etc. My point is if two people can agree to fight then im all for it.Comment

Love me some Hawk Time BTW. I totally get your point. You aren’t wrong. I just know it’s hard enough to make fights as it is. Eventually something you tweeted as a teenager ten years ago will get your title shot cancelled. The one perspective I like to give is how low blows are no big deal but someone on peds is going to kill someone. People who have never done peds are the biggest promoters of it. They think you can kill someone with one punch if on any sort of peds. It’s ridiculous. The act like it improves skill, eyesight, coordination, etc. But people have no problem with a top guy taking a tune up against a journeyman who gets blown out in one round. When the best take peds it’s pilling on for sure. But for all those people who think if they only took some peds they’d be a champion are full of it. Do people really think a pro bodybuilder is going to hit more home runs than Barry Bonds cause they are on ten times the gear? I’m all for a level playing field. But there’s hundreds of millions contracts at stake in sports, All the guys who have never done Peds telling everyone it will make you a Superman are just promoting the stuff and are full of ****. It’s not skill in a bottle. I just think promoting thrm as a miracle is counter productive.Comment

Don’t worry about me or us Mexicans worry about your damn self! And it wasn’t the same you doughnut hole, Valdez was boxing Berchelt beautifully and knocked him out because he was actually making him miss and Pat not just running like the Brazilian, yes the Brazilian had some good rounds specially early but you can’t give him the last half of the fight if all he did was make him miss and not make him pay… Valdez made the champ pay when he was the challenger and took it too And from the champ! Concencciao did not!
A child could have given a better argument than this. You are denying reality by what you're saying. It makes no sense at all. And for what? Nationalism? Valdez isn't even Mexican, he's American. Like you. Jeez.Last edited by Sid-Knee; 09-19-2021, 09:38 PM.Comment
