    Valdez was a HOF lock?

Damn, you lot are becoming more desperate and extreme by the hour. Not in this life time or the next was he. Not even close.

Lock? No. But he was trending that way. Now had he fought and beat Herring or Shakur and got a win rather than a TR scam payday robbery following a positive for banned substances like he got, then I’d think he’d be a lock.

No, the loser is Valdez who was schooled and clowned for 12 rounds and lost big. No single rational person thinks he won. He won 3 rounds on my score card. To support this corruption makes you a loser too.

His only wins of merit are a past prime fighter in Quigg who looked like shlt being with Roach, and a good fighter in Berchelt. How is that "Trending that way"???

He couldn't be further from the HOF even if he tried to be. Not at any point was Valdez looking like he was heading there. That's legitimately insane. You need a lot more wins over world class fighters to be there. Valdez never showed me he had the capabilities to come close. He got Berchelt who had serious problems with a fighter who could move. That's why he ducked both Loma and Herring. Berchelt went after ropey fighters who stood in front of him at the tail end of their career in Vargas and Miura. That's all he did. I thought Valdez would lose the second he fought a good world class fighter at 130 who he didn't have a clear stylistic advantage over. Turns out all he had to do was fight a decent fighter to be dominated. This is the end of the road for him i'm afraid. Stevenson will finish what's left of his career. Valdez will become nothing but a stepping stone until he decides he doesn't want to lose for a small pay cheque so retires.

No, he's someone who has another fighters title, like so many of you do over there. It's called theft. Valdez was so ******, he made the excuse about the tactics used against him and why you can't win that way. He used the same tactics against Berchelt. Clearly he's not the brightest.

Valdez should have been stripped of the title. It went against WBC protocol and their contract with VADA. So twice he should have lost the title, but your extreme corruption came into play like it always does. To defend this, is to be a loser. The only thing i lose is braincells reading your f3cking nonsense.

Oh c’mon. It’s a drug with a 20hr half life. The one testing commission is fine with it as long as it’s not taken soon enough to be effective in competition. I’m sure he just used it to make weight. Would you rather the fight was cancelled? You got to watch nothing? Would you rather he didn’t make weight but paid a fine and fought his opponent after being heavier on the scale? Cause that’s what would have happened and it would have a more direct affect on the fight. A guy taking speed for training or making weight then having to go without it for the big fight is not ideal. They just wanted to make a big expose of it and be all dramatic. Yes the point deduction was unnecessary. It was a flagrant foul, but it wasent hard. But if you want to be a hard *ss about the phentamine then you should be a hard *ss about the flagrant foul. This is a sport where a guy can land multiple low blows and get no reprimand. You seriously think a guy taking some phentamine well prior to the fight has more bearing on the fight than low blows? Or slips called knockdowns? Or holding? People who have never taken PEDs are the biggest advertisers for them. They’ve never taken them but if they did they just know they’d be the baddest person on the planet if they did. Stuff costs peanuts, what are all you guys waiting for?

"Just using it to make weight" is cheating. If he can't make weight legitimately, he should move up a weight class....but then he'd be at a disadvantage. There are weight classes for a reason.
